The apartment is on the first floor and is equipped for a maximum of 8 people. There is a separate entrance for apartments 5, 6 and 7. The total living area is 95m². It is divided into 4 rooms. The living room (20m²) has a double bed, sofa, coffee table and TV wall. In the kitchen there is a sofa bed, table and chairs and there is also a storage room. The kitchen has a refrigerator including a freezer, 2 gas and 2 electric hotplates, and an oven. The kitchen can be separated from the living room by a sliding door and has a separate entrance. The two bedrooms (11m² each) each have a double bed and closet. One bathroom has a shower and toilet and another bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. There is also a couch and a closet in the spacious hallway. Both bedrooms and the living room lead to the balcony facing the sea with a sea view. There are tables, chairs and a small clothesline here. From the living room you can access another small balcony, which also has a sea view. The apartment has two air conditioning units, which can be booked for 12 euros per day.

We do not charge any extra costs for the final cleaning, but if there is inadequate contamination, we reserve the right to charge an adjusted cleaning fee before departure. Any damage to property in the apartments should be reported immediately and must also be paid for before departure.
