The apartment is on the second floor and is equipped for a maximum of 6 people. There is a separate entrance for apartments 5, 6 and 7. The total living area is 51m². It is divided into 3 rooms. The living room (11m²) is equipped with a sofa bed, table and chairs, mirror cabinet, a television and a kitchenette. This has a refrigerator including a freezer, 4 electric hotplates and an oven. The two bedrooms (10m² each) each have a double bed and closet. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms lead to the balcony facing the sea with a sea view. There is a table, chairs and a small clothesline here. From the living room you can access another small balcony, which also has a sea view. The apartment has air conditioning, which can be booked for 7 euros per day.

We do not charge any extra costs for the final cleaning, but if there is inadequate contamination, we reserve the right to charge an adjusted cleaning fee before departure. Any damage to property in the apartments should be reported immediately and must also be paid for before departure.
